Terms & Conditions
i. We understand that minor damages may occur (ie. Scratches, scrapes, etc.) As long as the camera can still function and is rentable, this is fully covered, at no extra charge. However, we are not responsible for damages to the cameras that affect their ability to function, unless Damage Insurance is purchased. If a camera is damaged and the renting party did not purchase Insurance, the renting party is responsible for the cost to repair or replace the camera, whichever is less. In the event that Damage Insurance is purchased, the renting party is not responsible for any damages. We highly recommend purchasing this insurance. ii. We are not responsible for theft of the cameras or memory cards. Unfortunately, we cannot offer theft insurance as no one would ever return our cameras! In the event that a camera is stolen, the renting party is responsible for the replacement cost. Replacement cost is $100 per camera, and $20 per memory card. It has been our experience that theft at weddings is extremely rare. If you are concerned about this, there are a few methods that may help. First, you could distribute using a check-in, check-out system. Second, you might only distribute to trusted members of the wedding party.
i. Should a camera fail to operate functionally, please let us know and we will happily refund the cost of the individual camera rental. If a package deal was purchased, the individual cost of the cameras will be refunded. (Example - If a package deal was purchased for $200 and one camera fails to operate, we will refund $21.95, which is the cost of an individual camera.)
i. We have taken great care to select cameras that are of high quality and yet simple to operate. We believe strongly in the benefits of having candid shots taken at your event. Having said that, we are not responsible for the quality or picture taking expertise of your guests.
i. Cameras will arrive one business day prior to the event. Cameras must be return shipped within two days following the event. If this condition is not met, a late fee may be assessed.
i. We will mail your CD’s to the location specified by you within five (5) business days after return of the cameras. f. Cancellation i. If you cancel your reservation up to two weeks prior to your event, the entire purchase price is fully refundable. If you cancel after this time period, a cancellation fee will be assessed in the amount of 25% of the total invoice.
