Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously and take great care to never share your personal information with any third party, without your consent.  The only exception to this are our technology partners, Google Checkout, who handles our payment processing and Kodak Galleries, who hosts the online photo galleries.  These partners may have access to select portions of your information, as needed.  We do not claim liability for these outside entities. 

We collect and store the data that you submit to us and this is stored on our servers, which are secured behind industry standard firewalls.  However, this data never leaves our domain and we refuse to sell, share or distribute to anyone that is not expressly permitted by you, the customer.  This policy extends to your photos that we process.  We typically store your photos on our servers for a period of two months following your event, to make sure that you received everything and are satisfied.  After this period of time, your photos are deleted from our servers and we no longer have access to them.  If you wish for us to handle this differently, please request and we are happy to accommodate.
